My son was looking to buy his 1st car after passing his test recently and we went down to welcome cars and they had a lovely 1.2 fiesta for him the guy asked if we would like to test drive so we did. Then after ggis he took us into his office and was so helpful and professional he helped my son do the log book and set up a years tax for the vehicle all I can say is that we were treated with great care and understanding and I will always use these from now on going forward and I will be telling my friends about this place fantastic .

I spoke to Adam on a number of occasions as I was interested in a Jaguar F-Type he had on the forecourt. Buying remotely from Northern Ireland was a first for me but Adam helped answer any questions or clarifications I had and helped facilitate inspections by RAC and also upon collection by transporter. I bought a pristine used 2015 Mercedes CLS from Welcome Cars in July 2023. My buying experience from this dealer was great from start to finish. My first contact with them when making inquiries about the car was informative and helpful. Adam, the owner of the garage is not only knowledgeable about his trade but also honest and straightforward unlike (sadly) other dealers. Adam ensured the car was in great condition before my arrival from Essex to pick up the car. He gave me an extended 6 months warranty with the purchase and being a used car, that was a part of the deal for me. I had cause to use the warranty in the first week and Adam was so helpful in arranging for a specialist in my area that sort out the emission issues detected at no extra cost to me. He was so helpful and willing to put things right even the specialist garage owner joked that he would be buying his cars from Welcome Cars. I would recommend Welcome Cars to anyone looking at buying a used, for that extra peace of mind with used cars, Welcome Cars is the one-stop dealer. It is rare these days to find truthful, honest, and helpful car dealers (in my opinion). I will not hesitate to buy again from Welcome Cars.
