I bought a lovely car from this dealership. They were very efficient, not too quick to rush things and very friendly. They told me when I went to view the car that they could give me a set guaranteed price for my car for part exchange. The day before I was due to pick up my new car and trade in my old one, they stated that the part exchange price was flexible as it was dependent on a test drive - this was not stated to me previously. They then knocked £150 off the price, however I thought this was way too much and just by asking to bring it to £100 they said yes very quickly which made me believe they were just trying to get money off the car. I knew webuyanycar had given a higher quote, but I was too far into the exchange now and I was just looking forward to my new car. I had asked for the windscreen wipers to be replaced as when it had been test driven, they were unable to clean the screen and it was very dangerous. The dealership said this would be looked into. The car passed its MOT and when I recieved it, the UK recieved heavy rain. The wind screen wipers were in such awful condition that I had to end my journey early because it was that dangerous. I do not believe it should have passed the MOT in this state. Anywho, I replaced the windscreen wipers and contacted the garage in order to get this reimbursed as the job should have been done in the first place. I still have not recieved a reply from them, nor do I expect them to reply.
